Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2021 for rectification of erroneous classification of the lands measuring to an extent of 0.33.0 hectares in S.Nos.347 and 0.80.5 hectares in S.No.352 in Alur Village, Hosur, Krishnagiri District in the revenue records based on the UDR patta dated 24.04.1986 issued to the petitioner and to issue computerized patta to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2021 for rectification of erroneous classification of the lands measuring to an extent of 0.33.0 hectares in S.Nos.347 and 0.80.5 hectares in S.No.352 in Alur Village, Hosur, Krishnagiri District in the revenue records based on the UDR patta dated 24.04.1986 issued to the petitioner and to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

computerized patta to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Ms.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 19.05.2021 at 04.00 p.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the third respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2021 through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 19.05.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
