This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3 in Crl.M.P.No.3293 of 2018 by order dated 24.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fourth respondent / State.

3. A perusal of the materials available on record would go to show that the petitioner is the tenant and the respondents (defacto complainants) are the landlords under him. The respondents have given a complaint against the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

when the respondents demanded the arrears of rent due to be paid by the petitioner herein. Hence, a dispute arose in between them. Accordingly, the law enforcing agency registered a complaint as against the petitioner.

4. I do not find any error or infirmity in the order passed by the Trial Court. The Trial Court, after hearing the intervenor and after thorough enquiry, has arrived at a definite conclusion, which does not require any interference by this Court. Hence, this petition stands dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// ub To
