ORDER

While disposing of the Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.30444 of 2015, by order dated 22.12.2015, this Court directed the respondents to

conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.338 of 2015 and proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that on completion of enquiry, the said CSR has been closed by the respondents and as such, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
