Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18224 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28272 of 2024, dated 21.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
