Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3110 of 2020, dated 13.02.2020, to execute sureties.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of two weeks to the petitioner to deposit the said amount and to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
