This petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.02.2025.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.
