O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner land Survey No.51/1, New Survey No.699/20 in which 9.5 cents belongs to the petitioner at the said Vellala Street, Melandai Veedhi, Thirukkazhukundram and measuring by the surveyor and take action on the petition complaint dated 09.01.2024 given to the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had earlier given a complaint dated 03.01.2024 which was taken on file in CSR No.7 of 2024. The petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry and the rival parties appeared at the time of enquiry. Hence, CSR itself was closed on 24.01.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner had given one more representation/complaint on 09.01.2024.

3.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation/complaint to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent, on receipt of the same, shall conduct an enquiry by issuing notice to all the interested parties and shall take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
