Order (Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.35578 of 2025 vide order dated 22.09.2025, the petitioner was granted liberty to revive the writ petition in case his grievance has not been addressed.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Sewage Treatment Plant is not yet complete.

3. Therefore, this application is allowed and the writ petition is revived to its original number.
