2. Today, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent who appeared in this case is in disposed due to illhealth and is therefore unable to participate through video conferencing.

Ms.Amirta Dinakaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondent on instructions has further informed the Court that a counter was made ready but was not filed on the date of disposal of this writ petition and the learned Government Advocate had assured that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9991 of 2020 and etc, batch dated 26.02.2021 had been accepted when indeed an application for review had been filed before this Court.
