ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25591 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, was not complied with.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Dharmapuri dated 01.04.2025, was placed before this Court. The affidavit has also been filed by the respondent and the relevant portions are extracted hereunder:

5. I respectfully submitted that alleging disobedience of order dated 04.10.2024 made in WP.No.25591 of 2024 petitioner herein have come up with the above contempt petition. I respectfully submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court department have taken necessary steps for implementing orders passed by this Hon'ble Court and implemented same vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3602/A5/2018, dated 01.04.

2025 and thereby service of petitioner herein was regularized and the delay in implementing orders passed by this Hon'ble Court due to non-availability original service register and thereafter Duplicate Service Register was made ready and thereafter community certificate of petitioner was forwarded through District Collector office, Dharmapuri seeking genuineness and after receipt of the same proposal for regularizing the service of petitioner herein was processed and necessary regularization order was issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Dharmapuri and thereby orders passed by this Hon'ble Court complied and the delay happened only due to the bonafide reasons stated supra.

6. I respectfully submit that once again I tender my unconditional apology. Hence in the interest of Justice this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to purge us from the above contempt proceedings. Otherwise it will cause grave prejudice and irreparable hardship and heavy loss to petitioner herein.
