This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 10.6.2015 and investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the petition dated 10.6.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4.

Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
