ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. Petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police has moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioner along with others had robbed Rs.20,000/- from the defacto complainant at knife point. Therefore, the complaint was given against this petitioner for the alleged offences under Sections 387, 392, 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes submissions that, totally there were four accused and petitioner is A3. A1 and A2 were already released on bail. A4 was surrendered and subsequently, released on bail. It is further submitted that there was no previous case against this petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: (i) That the petitioner in the event of arrest shall be released on bail, on condition that he shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arni within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
