For Petitioner : Mr.J.Agni Selvaraju For Respondents : Mr.M.Manigopi, G.A for 1 to 6.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 5 to demarcate the petitioner's land pertaining to the property comprised in S.No.97/4, measuring 0.66.50 Acre vide Patta No.58(New Patta no.1662) situated at Melsiruvallur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within the registration District of Kallakurichi, Sub-Registration District of Vadaponparappi, on the basis of the Petitioner's land demarcation application dated 20.10.2020.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 6 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 28.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the third respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated 20.10.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve
