ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the respondent against allowing of the application filed by the respondents herein in I.A.No.1345 of 2012 in O.P.No.3586 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, dated 30.09.2013. 1/4

2. The respondent herein had filed an application in I.A.No.1345 of 2012 in O.P.No.3586 of 2007 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, to direct the petitioner herein to permit her to visit her children namely, 1) Rahul and 2) Rohid, pending disposal of the divorce petition in O.P.No.3586 of 2007.

3. The learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, allowed the said petition directing the petitioner herein to permit the respondent herein to visit her aforesaid minor children on 3rd Sunday of every month at Child Center, Family Court Premises, Chennai between 10.00 a.m., and 12 p.m. Feeling aggrieved, the respondent therein has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during pendency of this Civil Revision Petition the aforesaid minor children attained majority and hence, this petition has become infructuous and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect. 2/4

5. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
