The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 15.04.2013 and regularize the service of the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Even though the petitioners have submitted their representations to the respondents dated 15.04.2013, the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioners to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 15.04.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners and after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
