4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed.

5. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out necessary amendment and file amended copy of the petition before the Registry.

6.Post the Original Petition on 19.04.2022.
