ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition, has been complied with by the respondents, and therefore, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition. The learned counsel also circulated a letter dated 26.08.2025 to the Registry in this regard, enclosing the letter of the petitioner dated 25.08.2025. An endorsement to that effect is also made in the case bundle.
