ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2006, 14.03.2010 and 04.08.2011 and reinstate him in the alternative post of Helper as per the medical report and grant all consequential benefits including the back wages and attendant benefits for the earlier period from 25.08.99 till the date of reinstatement in service as Helper on 08.02.2006, and for the subsequent period from 23.05.2011 till date of reinstatement and grant all consequential benefits.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner to be submitted by him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to dispose the same within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
