This petition is filed by the claimant in M.C.O.P.No.257 of 2011 to amend the claim by making an enhancement from Rs.20 lakhs to Rs.50 lakhs.

2. The first respondent was exparte before the trial court. The 2nd respondent is represented by Thiru.G.Vasudevan.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay is condoned.

The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
