W.P.No. 18269 of 2007: This Writ Petition was originally filed as Original Application in O.A.No.1176 of 2004 before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in Chennai. On the abolition of the said Tribunal, the O.A. has been transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.18269 of 2007. The prayer in this Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the District Forest Officer, Tiruvannamalai, in Se.Mu.Aa.No.1792/2001/Pa.2, dated 01.07.2002 and from the Conservator of Forests, Vellore, circle in Se.Mu.Aa.No.B.2/10318/02, dated 01.04.2003 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
as Secondary Grade Teacher in anyone of the Forest School either in Vellore District or in Tiruvannamalai District with backwages from 01.07.2002.
