ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR.No.55 of 2022 and petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioners cooperate for the enquiry, the same will be completed within three weeks and till then they will not arrest the petitioners.
2.
