ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having disobeyed the orders of this Court dated 14.10.2015 passed in W.P.No.32805 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015.
2. The interim direction granted by this Court on 14.10.2015 is reported to have been complied with, whereby, a sum of Rs.3,39,001/- was received by the petitioner on 09.12.2021.
3. In case the petitioner is of the view that the amount received by her is not in full compliance of the total arrears, liberty is hereby granted to her to workout her remedies in accordance with law. However, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
