Ms. No.154 Public (Special A) Department dated 14.02.2024 and also G.O.Ms. No.158 Public (Special A) Department dated 16.02.2024 and consequential order passed by the second respondent, in G.O.(2D) No.69 (Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Service unit, Service 1 Section, dated 23.02.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore petitioner to the Post of District Revenue Officer by placing the petitioner in 2009 Tahsildar panel with all other service and attendant benefits with arrears and pass.
