This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.25 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police. 1/3

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.25 of 2017 and also ready with final report. As per the FIR, the petitioner is arrayed as A2. After completion of investigation, the petitioner is not an accused and made final report only as against the first accused. Therefore, the petitioner is not an accused.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
