CR. NO. 1388/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Hon`ble Court order dated 07.02.2022 passed in Crl.OP.No.2733/2022 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders and pass such order as this Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2733 of 2022 dated 07.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
