Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.258 of 2015 dated 15.6.2015 on the file of Mahila Court of Coimbatore.
2. On 15.6.2015, in Crl.M.P.No.258 of 2015, the learned Mahila Court, Coimbatore, while granting bail to this petitioner has imposed a condition that the petitioner should furnish a cash security of Rs.25,000/- and to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties to the like sum and he should appear before Salem Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m., until further orders and should not leave Salem District.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an agricultural labour and due to his financial position, he was not able to mobilise funds. He further submitted that the petitioner was inside the jail for more than 50 days and due to the onerous condition imposed by the court below, he was not able to furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/-, so that he could not able to come out of jail though he was granted bail. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side). 5.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the above said condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.258 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015. Accordingly, the condition that the petitioner shall furnish a cash security for Rs.25,000/- is hereby deleted. Except the above modification, all other conditions shall remain unaltered.
6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
