ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to he 1st respondent police viz., The Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District to give proper advice to the 2nd respondent police to give proper police protection to the petitioner as well as to her family members based on her complaint dated 20.02.2019 in accordance with law.

2. It is seen that petitioner is a defacto complainant. On her complaint, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.39 of 2019 as against the accused. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders in respect of seeking police protection for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
