O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge Court, Erode, on 23.01.2019 as the petitioner should appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.Nos.81 and 100 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 regularly from 24.01.2019 and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly from 24.01.2019.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the learned counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.81 and 100 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available, as and when required by the respondent Police.
