[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices dated 15.02.2025, 17.02.2025 and original impugned communication signed on 17.02.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned notices and impugned communication' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.
Mr. K. Bharathi, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the impugned notices and impugned communication were not issued to writ petitioner and they were pasted by the fourth respondent in writ petitioner's shop and hence, writ petitioner was not able to file the original impugned notices and Page Nos.1/3
original impugned communication. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of writ support affidavit which reads as follows:
'16.
I submit that the original impugned notice dated 15.02.2025 was not issued to me and it was pasted (sic) by the 4th respondent in my shop so I could not (sic) be able to file the original order before this Hon'ble Court and I further submit the impugned notice dated 17.02.2025 issued by the 4th respondent and the impugned notice issued by the 3rd respondent on 17.02.2025 were not given to the petitioner, the xerox copy was only given to me by the respondent. So, the impugned notices are illegal.......'
