This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 270 days in filing the appeal.

3.R5 is shown to be died. R1 and R4 are the son and wife of R5. Therefore, they are recorded as legal representatives of R5. 4.Notice to R6 is dispensed with as she is the owner of the vehicle. 5.None appears for R7 to R10, despite service. 6.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered, the delay of 270 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
7.Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it for admission on 06.11.2023.
