ORDER

This Court while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.42143 of 2016 by order dated 01.12.2016 has directed the petitioner to give a copy of the representation dated 10.08.2016 to the respondents 1 & 2 within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same, the respondents 1 & 2 were directed to consider the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2208/2016/Pa dated 27.10.2016 and to pass appropriate orders with regard to regularization of the service of the petitioner as Plot Watcher (supernumerary) in the light of G.O.Ms.No.76, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.06.2016, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader (Forest) submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and by considering the representation of the petitioner, the respondents have passed orders rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondents in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
