This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month on the 1st working of every english calender month at 10.30 a.m, till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, appear before trial Court in a month on 1st working day of every english calender month at 10.30 a.m, apart from the Court hearing dates till examination of P.W.1 and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdiction Court imposed in Crl.M.P.No.17124 of in Crl.O.P.No.8853 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
