Seeking a direction to the respondent police to thoroughly investigate Crime No.420 of 2015, pending on his file and file a final report before the Competent Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in Crime No.420 of 2015 and file a final report before the Concerned Court at the earliest.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
