ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 06.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner had made some electrical work in the house of the opposite party, for which there are some dues. The petitioner has alleged that the respondent has abused and meant him with cast name. 4.Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent Police to investigate the case.
