This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.30590 of 2022 dated 23.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the first petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second and third petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
