JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 21.09.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.18749 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, with liberty to the appellant to approach the authorities. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the appellant to approach the authorities for any other relief. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
