ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) After some elaborate arguments, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the correctness of the order passed by the Appellate Authority, namely, The District Collector, Chennai, the 1st respondent herein in the Appeal No.23466/2020 dated 27.08.2021, since now only he has served with a copy of the order passed in the Appeal.

2. Placing on record the said submission of the learned Counsel for the writ petitioners, permission is granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the correctness of the order passed by the Appellate Authority, if so aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
