ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 20.01.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the measurement of the property and for sub division and for issuance of patta 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been acted upon and the 2nd respondent has already issued notice to the parties concerned and called for an enquiry on 11.03.2020.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to proceed further with the enquiry, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and to any other interested persons and final orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
