This petition has been filed to withdraw HMOP No.48 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram, and transfer the same to the file of Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent filed HMOP No.48 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, for divorce. Now the petitioner living along her aged parents and four year old child.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is living with the aged parents and four year old child, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP No.48 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of and the HMOP No.48 of 2021, pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. Further the Sub-Court, Tambaram, is directed to transfer the records in connection with HMOP No.48 of 2021, to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and concerned Court is directed to 2/4

dispose the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- as interim maintenance to the respondent until modified by any Court of law and both the parties are directed to appear before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, for mediation not less than three sittings.
