ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 430, 379 of IPC read with Sec. 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime Number.185 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had involved in illegal transportation of 11⁄2 unit of river sand in his vehicle bearing Reg.No. TN97 A 2309. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not involved in any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that there are four previous cases similar in nature pending against the petitioners. Hence, he opposed for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
