This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the competent authority to sell the properties and distribute the sale proceeds, including the available amount, to the depositors.

2. The Competent Authority is present before this Court. It is submitted by him that except one property at Velachery, which is subject matter of the appeal in Hon'ble Apex Court, he would take expedite steps to sell other properties.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required and the Competent Authority is directed to expedite the sale of the property, so that the sale proceeds would be disbursed to the distributors. Further, the petitioner is also at liberty to approach the Competent Authority after identifying the sellers.
