This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11424 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
