The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to water the Coconut trees from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

water available in the well and from the irrigation canal, standing in about 2.57 acres out of total extent of land measuring about 8.5 acres in Tiruppur Revenue District, Madathukulam Taluk, Kaniyur Sub-Registrar Office, Kumarlingam Village West, S.No.82/4, 82/7, 82/9, 82/11 and 83/4 herein. 2.The leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the subject property already a suit was filed before the competent Civil Court and it ended in favour of the third respondent, as against which, the petitioner has preferred appeal before the lower Appellate Court and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition/s, if any, is/are closed.
