Mr.Dalit Tiger C.Ponnusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Further, the learned counsel submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioners to give a police complaint against the wrong-doers.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to give a complaint to the police as against the persons mentioned in the Writ Petition, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
