A.No.2486, 2488 to 2490 of 2019 in C.S.No.980 of 2007 N.SESHASAYEE.J., These applications are taken out to implead the applicants herein, in A.Nos.3203 to 3205 of 2018 in C.S.No.980 of 2007.

2. Today, this Court vide its separate order had dismissed these applications (A.Nos.3203 to 3205 of 2018 in C.S.No.980 of 2007) either as closed, or dismissed as infructuous, or not pressed, as the case may be.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the present applications. Accordingly, A.Nos.2486, 2488, 2489 and 2490 of 2019 are dismissed as infructuous.
