Op.No.7612/2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.J.MOHAMED SATHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.

PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15477 of 2019 dated 30.10.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.7612 of 2019 to report before the respondent Police, CBCID, Tiruvarur, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
