2. Mr.A.Alexander, learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) for the petitioners is present.
3. This miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore W.P.No.22850 of 2011, which was dismissed for default as against the second respondent by order dated 12.06.2012.
4. There is no merits in this petition for restoration of the writ petition to the file of this Court as admittedly Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, is not applicable to the facts of the case.
5. That apart, the order passed by the first respondent which has been impugned in this petition is based on the report of the Chemical Examiner. That being the case, I do not find any reasons to interfere with the order 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

arb passed by the first respondent. Further, the goods have already been released long back and thus nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
