Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 to 5 revenue authorities to trace the originals of the seven documents submitted by the petitioner which were acknowledged by the Tahsildar, Hosur in his order dated 02.02.1978 and return the same to the petitioner, and if not possible, direct all the respondent authorities herein, to receive the photocopies (Xerox copies) of those seven documents in the possession of the petitioner in lieu of the originals.
