Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to comply the process of selection to the post of PG.Assistant in Botany as per the Prospectus for direct recruitment of PG Assistants for Government Higher Secondary Schools 2012-2013 by preparing the final merit cum communal select list based on the weightage marks added to written examination marks by calling number of candidates for certificate verification to satisfy the scheme of selection by following 1:2 ratio and consequently direct the 3rd respondent TRB to allow the petitioner to participate in the Certificate Verification and to select him to the post of PG Assistant in Botany based on written examination marks awarded and added with weightage marks.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly he prays for closure of this petition.

2.Recoding the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication, accordingly this petition stands closed. However, There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
