Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submit that the first respondent has considered the representation dated 12.02.2018 of the petitioner and passed an order on 18.04.2018 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same stating that against the order dated 18.04.2018 of the first respondent, the petitioner also preferred an appeal before the appellate authority. 3.

In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
